Are you sustainable? How are your products made?

The most important aspect of our project is sustainability. We works with eco-friendly materials, recycled polyester, and all our products are ethically-made.

Do you ship worldwide? Where do you ship from?

We have diversified our supply chain for sustainability’s sake. We are based out of Charlotte, NC and we ship worldwide so we have warehouses in strategic places around the world to make sure shipping times and prices are optimal. We have warehouses in the east and west coast of the US, Europe, Canada and Australia. We can’t always guarantee all items are in stock in all warehouses but we do our best.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 3 – 7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped after your purchase is complete. 97% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 2 business days or less. You can see the estimated time of arrival at checkout, which includes the processing time. Local orders usually arrive in 5 – 6 business days.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping prices are calculated during checkout and they vary depending on weight and destination. The fastest way to find out the shipping cost is by adding the items you want to the cart and entering your address in the cart or checkout page.

Do I need to pay for customs fees?

It really depends on the regulations of your own country. We ship from the USA and our warehouses around the world and every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. Normally, if the order is below a certain value, there are no additional fees. We recommend you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate on what you will be charged when the package arrives, if anything. We do not pre-pay or cover any customs fees.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. If you live outside of the US, once the package leaves the US the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order didn’t end up arriving after the estimated time, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at hello@ninthproject.com noting your order number. We’ll check with the shipping carrier to find out what happened. We are always on your side and will always make sure you get your order.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit/debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and Amex exclusively through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. PayPal protects you and us from any fraudulent transaction and we never see your private information.

How do you handle returns or exchanges?

We work in an “on-demand” basis. This means we keep only blanks in our inventory and only print or embroider the products when an order is made. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you cancel within 6 hours after your purchase, we will refund you the money in full (we’ll plant the trees anyway 😉). However, we cannot offer you an exchange after that timeframe unless we made a mistake with your order. But please, always make sure you select the right sizing option.

If we made a mistake (we sent you a size you didn’t order, the item is damaged, the print is incorrect, etc.) we will send you a new order completely on us with some extra love. There is never a need for returns.
