Returns & Exchanges

We work in an “on-demand” basis. This means we keep only blanks in our inventory and only print the products when an order is made. For this reason, we cannot accept returns due to customer remorse.
If you cancel within 6 hours after your purchase, we will refund you the money in full (we’ll plant the trees anyway 😊).

If you need to cancel an order that you made less than 6 hours ago, please contact us with your order number .

If we sent you a size you didn’t order, we will send you a new order with the right size completely on us with some extra love. Just contact us with your order number and a picture of the wrong size and we’ll take care of it. You can keep the other product, no need to send it back.

It’s very important that you follow the sizing guide included in the product page. If we sent you the size you ordered but it doesn’t fit, though we’d be happy to send you another order with the correct size, it will have to be at your expense.

If we made a mistake (the item is damaged, the print is incorrect, etc.) we will send you a new order completely on us with some extra love. Just contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged item and we’ll take care of it. You can keep the other product, no need to send it back.
